Dr. Jarek Beksa, a multifaceted technology expert and lecturer at the Media Design School, has made significant contributions in the fields of accessibility and voice technology. He has developed over 40 applications, including the acclaimed Audio Game Hub and Blind Cricket simulator, and leads the innovative company Sonnar, which focuses on audio and voice solutions for those with accessibility needs. Beksa's expertise is further highlighted by his role as the first Alexa Champion in New Zealand and his academic achievements, including a Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship for Ph.D. studies at Auckland University of Technology.
